AnchorFree, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of hotspot security solutions, has raised $52 million in Series C funding led by Goldman Sachs. The company previously raised $11 million. http://www.anchorfree.com

NotOnHighStreet.com, an online market place for products from small creative businesses, has raised £10 million in Series D funding. Fidelity Growth Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Index Ventures and Greylock Partners. http://www.notonhighstreet.com

Ticket Evolution, a ticketing software company with offices in New Jersey and Texas, has raised $3.5 million from Raptor Ventures and Dace Ventures. http://www.ticketevolution.com

Quipper, a London-based Q&A e-learning startup, has raised £2.3 million in Series A funding. Japan’s Globis led the round, and was joined by Atomico and Benesse. http://www.quipper.com
